All prices are inclusive of taxes and current exchange rates will apply. Property will not be available for viewing until all funds have cleared.

Vendors must use the site for the sole purpose of advertising property for sale or rent and not to promote any other business or website.

In the event of any breach of these terms it is within the rights of Search4propertyspain to suspend or cancel the agreement without notice and no refund will be made available.
